Lean Manager Climbing Division

Location: Kelbrook

Overall Purpose of the Lean Manager Climbing Division:

Deploys operational excellence on sites. Communicates, leads and manages improvement projects and working groups in coordination with managers in departments.

Responsibilities of the Lean Manager Climbing Division:

* Ensuring the deployment of continuous improvement in factories (Lean)
* Responsible for the application of processes and their evolution
* Train and support teams in continuous improvement methods and tools

Skills required for the Lean Manager Climbing Division:

* Contributes with his/her vision and knowledge to the definition and/or evolution of business processes in the Climbing division.
* Assists our Jobs-experts in writing user manuals for the various applications and trains users in the tool while respecting the process
* Identifies process modification needs; in collaboration with operational teams and the IT department, proposes ways to improve applications and business processes.
* Implementation of process audits on the sites, leading an associated action plan if necessary.
* Develops a continuous improvement action plan in collaboration with site managers and team Leaders.
* Trains and supports management teams and middle management in methods and tools for continuous improvement. (Workshop)
* Standardizes and develops the good practices defined with the other sites of the group
* Evaluation of the sites (Quality, systems efficiency, staff involvement)
* Production engineer (and) or quality consolidated with a minimum experience of 5 years and having evolved during several years in an industrial environment, with a significant experience in LEAN MANUFACTURING.
* Fluent English
