Main responsibilitiesAs an Employee Relations Specialist, you will proactively case manage escalated issues, providing employee relations advice with regard to company policy, procedure and current legislation to managers at all levels within the business sector you are aligned to. You will be responsible for:


Influencing and coaching managers to take the right approach to dealing with employee relations issues in a timely and fair manner
To support Managers with the formation of disciplinary allegations and letter writing for case outcomes, advice provided will highlight potential risks to the business and be commercially focused
To provide excellent customer service to the business whilst handling employee relations issues, running HR training courses to the business as required
Identify opportunities for policy/procedural improvement

Ideal candidateTo be right for us, you will be a confident communicator, have previous experience working in an ER Specialist or ER Advisory role with good knowledge of Employment Legislation and Codes of practice. You will be:


PC literate
Possess a pragmatic approach to problem solving
Team player
Strong customer focus
