WORKING HOURS: Part time – up to 25 hours per week

THE COMPANY: Our client is a manufacturer of bespoke industrial textile products, which are designed to their customers specification. They have an exciting opportunity available for a Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join their team in Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities/duties of a Accounts Assistant / Administrator to include:-

• Raising invoices
• Chasing payments
• Allocating monies
• Completing job sheets
• Liaising with suppliers and customer's
• General administration duties

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for the Accounts Assistant / Administrator will be a excellent communicator and a strong team player. You will be able to effectively multi-task and manage your workload accordingly, being able to prioritise as needed. You will need to live within a commutable distance to Wakefield.

Key experience essential for the role of Accounts Assistant / Administrator:- 

• 1 years experience within accounts based role 
• Experience using Sage is advantageous but not essential
