 Operational Advisory Consultant (Commercial Strategy, Operations Strategy, Consulting) A fast growing and award winning practice is building on their success and needs an Associate Director with a strong consulting background in manufacturing / automation projects – with an understanding of commercial strategy. This is an opportunity for you to be part of a successful but expanding team, leading engagements within an entrepreneurial, flat structure that offers a genuine alternative to the usual names.  The Role – You will be joining a team of specialists and as a senior member of the team be expected to lead end-to-end engagements supporting businesses through the change process, incorporating both strategic and operational consultancy services to clients operating primarily within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. You will manage, lead and motivate multiples teams whilst using your external network to develop new commercial opportunities. Specifically with this role the business need people to look at financials with a 'longer lens', requiring you to have a deeper understanding of how the operations strategy impacts the commercial strategy The Team – You’ll be joining a highly prolific and award winning team with success in hundreds of projects. The group has established consultants with varied backgrounds, the majority of which have held managerial responsibilities for global businesses.
