JOB TITLE: Parts Team Leader 

SALARY & BENEFITS: circa £30,000 plus commission dependent on experience plus excellent benefits including pension and medical pension after qualifying period 

WORKING HOURS: Full Time – Mon to Thurs 8:30am to 5:15pm & Friday 08:30am to 4pm 

THE COMPANY: Our client is a subsidiary of one of the world’s largest manufacturers of plastic injection moulding machines and now seeks a Parts Team Leader to join their existing team based in their modern and high spec office located in Stoke Mandenville in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

THE ROLE: As a Parts Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the Parts sales personnel, working closely with the Technical Manager and field service team. You will be instrumental in developing the Parts sales processes in order to meet turnover and revenue targets. Responsibilities will also include control of Parts stocks, ordering of Parts, and warranty claims. Teamwork, attention to detail, flexibility and accuracy are the most important attributes to excel in this role. 

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Parts Team Leader's role must be a well organised and accurate person who can take a flexible approach to tasks in a busy and reactive environment. You must have experience in a similar role requiring you to follow parts ordering / stock control processes as well as dealing with suppliers in a similar industry and should be someone who has experience motivating and leading a team of staff whilst being able to continually deliver excellent customer service and advice. Candidates will also need good IT skills, planning and scheduling skills, and must have adequate means to commute to Stoke Mandenville in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. 

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Parts Team Leader's role :-

- Previous parts ordering and experience in a similar role 
- Ability to plan, organise and schedule in a busy sometimes reactive environment 
- Must be computer literate and have good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to commute to Stoke Mandenville in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
