1st Line Service Desk Analyst, with 1st Line support experience on a busy IT Helpdesk / IT Service Desk, is required for a leading organisation based in the Fareham area, paying from �18,000 - �22,000, depending upon background and experience.

Working for a growing and expanding organisation, the 1st Line Support Analyst will be working on a busy IT Helpdesk / IT Service Desk, providing 1st line support for the rest of the business. This will include logging incidents, troubleshooting basic IT support queries and escalating any technical issues to 2nd line & 3rd line support. The technical requests will be from password resets, setting up and administering users groups, policies and permissions, hardware and software support. This will includes issus on Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365.

Required Skills:
- Good level of IT support experience at 1st line level
- Good experience of working on an IT Helpdesk / IT Service Desk
- Good experience of Active Directory, with knowledge of Exchange + Office 365
- Hardware and Software support, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

This position would suit a 1st Line Support Analyst / 1st Line Analyst / 1st Line Engineer / IT Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / Helpdesk Engineer, who has good 1st line support experience on an IT Helpdesk / IT Service Desk.

This 1st Line Service Desk Analyst position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Fareham, Hampshire and will be flexible on pay, depending upon background and experience, ranging from �18,000 - �22,000 + benefits
