We have the pleasure of recruiting for a long standing client with ambitious growth plans.

I am looking for experienced and ambitious Operations and Procurement Administration Managers to really take the bull by the horn and drive the business forward.

Working closely with the commercial director you will be providing administrative support to all operational and commercial aspects of the business.

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to

Produce a weekly team sheet after consultation with the Project Managers and Directors. Update the Team sheet for any mid week changes on instruction from a Director.
Weekly scheduling of Subcontractor and Agency Labour requirements ensuring the right skills/experience/trades and Health and Safety ticketed labour is assigned.
Produce and distribute the weekly Site Address spreadsheet
Update the Holiday planner
Send out weekly E-mails to the Site staff, with a log of where they are working, the Project Manger to contact and the accommodation they are staying in.
Responsible for the maintenance, insurance and coordination of the Company Fleet.
Collate the Project Manager requests for the Manufacture of Workshop Joinery items.
Work closely with the Workshop staff to prepare a production and delivery schedule, optimising the schedule of deliveries to site.
Weekly maintenance and update of the Company Plant and Tool Hires register
Support the Commercial Director
Help with the Issue of tender packages to sub-contractors and suppliers
Help maintain the subcontract database
Ensure all documentation is collated and stored accurately and efficiently
Raising of Purchase Orders through Sage

An understanding or knowledge of the construction would be beneficial. You will also be working with a variety of different areas in the company so you will be to establish positive relationships with people across all levels. We are looking for a leader, someone not afraid to get involved in the business and really drive it forward.
