Teaching Personnel are working with a number of secondary and SEN schools in the Swansea, Carmarthen, Neath, Port Talbot and Ammanford area.

Schools who are looking for a recent graduates who have the desire to kickstart their career within education. These select schools offer a perfect habitat to harness your learnings and put them into practice. While doing this you are supported with superb in-house training which is available for outstanding candidates.

The applying Teaching Assistant will be able to take advantage of parking facilities, local amenities and conveniently located all over south West Wales. The ideal Teaching Assistant applicant will have a strong academic background with a 2:1 degree in a related subject to the positions requirements. The applicants will ideally have experience working with younger people whether within a school environment, extracurricular activities or tutoring experience (not essential).

This role will enable you to get invaluable first-hand experience of how school life runs on a day to days basis and is a great gateway for someone who is looking at getting into teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
