Snr Account Manager (Digital Video Agency) - London

£50k to £60k basic + 10% Bonus + benefits

My client is looking for a Snr Account Manager to help it meet its customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, whilst delivering first class client servicing to exceed client expectations.
The digital video agency are a leading destination for premium video advertising in a brand safe and qualitative environment at scale, who focuses on programmatic video campaigns, which involves the automated and data-driven management of digital advertising purchases and sales.

They offer an extraordinary brand safe and viewable inventory of 800 MILLION PREMIUM VIDEO VIEWS to international companies where they can communicate with consumers at scale.

Job brief

The ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up environment and look for new ways to make commercial and operational efficiencies for the company.
The successful candidate will have good knowledge of digital advertising from supply to demand and everything in between.


Main point of contact for agencies and clients, dealing with all client requests in a timely manner
Driving long-lasting relationship with customers ensuring they rebook and increase budget with us
Looking at opportunities to win new business through existing client/agency relationships, working with sales to help close those opportunities
Working closely with Ad Operation to monitor performance and delivery against client objectives
Present post campaign analysis whilst providing qualitative insights to ensure it is used to grow the client business
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews that result in continuous on-going activity
Provide pre-sales support to the sales teams by provisioning them with qualitative insights to help them close deals
Become a subject matter expert who ensures media integrity and the go to person for Clients with knowledge sharing and advice
Developing a strong understanding of the needs of various markets and how they relate to our centralised business to further the EBX offering


Experience in digital video media
An in-depth understanding of the VoD advertising ecosystem
Previous experience working in a similar role, with a great track record of exceptional strategic client servicing
Ability to handle heavy workload, managing many demands and requests with strong problem-solving acumen
Smart and quick learner with organizational agility and strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
