We work with all leading construction companies designing and connecting new gas and electricity supplies. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team. 

THE ROLE: The role of Operations Administrator, based in Northampton, is a key role within the company. Working with all leading construction companies, Dragon Infrastructure Solutions requires individuals with strong administrative abilities to support the front-line Operations Team installing and connecting new gas and electricity supplies for residential, commercial and industrial sites.

Full training will be provided for this role and there will be the opportunity for progression within the company for the right candidate. 

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be an efficient, proactive administrator with a good eye for detail together with the ability to interact with clients and suppliers.

This role is very much about the personal skills you posses and what you feel you could bring to the company. You will need to have good overall IT skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. 

Main Duties

Assist the Operations team in administration matters of commercial, technical, operational and health and safety compliance
Schedule works and liaise with sub-contractors and direct labour force to enable delivery of works
Ensure correct paperwork required to undertake operational tasks is released and
completed paperwork is processed in a timely manner
Prepare asset value claims and track claims throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain construction tracking spreadsheets
Update and maintain records held on internal database
Comply with company policies and procedures
Assist with Industry accreditation and compliance
Provide support to others when necessary and undertake general office duties

Key essential criteria for the Administrator role:
Live within a commutable distance of Northampton 
Good overall IT skills (Microsoft Office) 
Previous experience in an administration-based role
