About the Role
Our clients TMC team in Liverpool, part of Highways NW, is expanding rapidly to meet the significant workload we have secured in throughout Great Britain. This is your opportunity to join the North West’s largest Transport and Infrastructure Consultancy and to share in the opportunities being a market leader brings.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with appropriate competencies in Traffic Management and Control, particularly the design and commissioning of traffic signal systems, to be part of this established and experienced team working on exciting infrastructure projects.

About You

A typical week would include:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for individual aspects of delivery, leading small projects and other members of the team where necessary. This role is client and supplier facing, and you will develop an appreciation of their demands, constraints and objectives, and how they judge our work. You will collaborate with the wider TMC community in project delivery, and understand how personal and project performance contributes to the objectives of Highways NW business.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:
Typically degree qualified and a member of a relevant professional body, you will have a good understanding of the standards, tools and technologies required by the profession including relevant institutions and industry bodies. You remain up to date with changes affecting the profession and understand how these impact you, colleagues and relevant stakeholders. If successful you would be regularly involved in knowledge sharing forums, promoting enthusiasm for new ideas and innovations.
