Trinity Hospice is looking to recruit an exceptional individual who thrives on working with people whether that is employees, volunteers or supporters of the Hospice.  
Trinity has 200 employees and the support of over 850 volunteers and we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated person who will be organised and adaptable in equal measure as the role will work flexibly across 3 main areas:  

- Supporting managers and employees with first line HR queries and case work as and when required & assisting with the development of key HR objectives 

- Participate in all aspects of the volunteer journey from pro-actively attracting new volunteers to supporting a volunteer throughout their involvement with the hospice 

- Provide a comprehensive administrative and support service to the Management Team and Trustees 

You must have gained experience, skills and knowledge of HR casework, be an excellent communicator both verbally & in writing and be competent in a range of IT packages & systems. You will need a flexible approach to working, with a willingness to work outside of normal working hours when required and to engage with other Trinity departments and teams.
