2nd Line Support Analyst, with strong Service Desk support experience to a 2nd line level with experience of Active Directory, Office 365 and understanding of ITIL, is required for a leading organisation based in Central London paying from �25,000 - �32,000 – depending upon background and experience.

Working for a leading organisation within the IT Support function, providing specialist support across 2nd line support. This will include dealing with escalated issues from the IT Service Desk, providing support remotely and with users deskside whilst working to pre-definied SLAs. You will be working in an ITIL environment and will be supporting Active Directory, Office 365, assisting with physical & virtual machine builds and getting involved with basic network and server infrastructure support.

Required Skills:
- Strong 2nd line support experience
- Strong experience of supporting Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365
- Strong experience of supporting Windows 7-10, Windows Server 2008-2016
- Basic experience of supporting network & server infrastructure
- Experience of ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow
- Experience of building physical and virtual machines
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

This position would suit 2nd Line Support Analyst / IT Support Analyst / IT Technical / Service Desk Analyst, who has strong experience of 2nd line support.

This 2nd Line Support Analyst position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Central London, paying from �25,000 - �32,000 per annum, depending upon background and experience.
