A single sex secondary school in the South Manchester area is looking to recruit a Business Studies teacher to start with them just after the October half term. The successful Business Studies teacher will be teaching KS3 and KS4 with a focus on GCSE level in the main. This is a full time position with a timetable made up of primarily Business Studies with a little general cover involved.

The school is ideally looking for an experienced Business Studies teacher who has a proven track record of delivering consistently high results. This position is open due to the existing teacher of Business Studies due to have an operation and take sickness leave for a term and a half at least.

Key aspects of this Business Studies teaching role:

* Pay is dependent upon payscale but will be between �120 - �160 per day
* Full time Business Studies teaching position: starting approximately end October 2018
* 1 and a half terms teaching in the first instance
* Primarily teaching KS4 Business Studies with additional general cover where required
* Highly regarded single sex secondary school in the South Manchester area

The school is located in the South Manchester area close to the M60 ring road. The school boasts great facilities and offers a wide variety of CPD training courses throughout the academic year.

There is also the opportunity to teach BTEC Business Studies as a vocational course ahead of students progressing on to college. Any teachers who have experience of teaching BTEC level Business Studies (Pearson curriculum) should highlight this in their application and CV.

Please note that this teaching position does not involve teaching Economics or ICT in the main with the successful Business Studies teacher being a part of the flourishing Humanities department.
