We are currently attempting to identify an experienced Teaching assistant to work on a long term basis at a specialist provision in Rossendale, Bury. This client school is a fantastic facility that caters for young people with severe social and emotional difficulties. The young people who attend this provision have been exposed to severe emotional trauma and as a result do display extremely challenging behaviours. Some of the pupils do live on the residential site which is co-located on the same grounds as the schools

The ideal Teaching assistant for this post will have previous experience of supporting young people in a specialist setting, ideally a school for young people with ASC and/or SEMH.
