Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit an Early Years Teaching Assistant, experienced in supporting students with a range of special needs for work in the Truro area.

Ideally applicants would have experience with ASC and severe learning difficulties (SLD) in a SEND school setting from Nursery- Reception. Additional qualifications such as Team Teach and Moving & Handling is desired but not mandatory.

Our ideal candidate will have:

* Minimum 3 months experience supporting students with ASC and SLD in a mainstream or SEND setting in Early Years
* Experience with Moving & Handling or Personal Care
* NCFE/CACHE Level 2 Supporting and Learning in Schools
* Patient and nurturing manner

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
