A School in Burnley are looking to source a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their growing vibrant team to support children with their learning.

The School can offer the opportunity for the successful candidate to work with pupils across KS1 who have a love of learning and to work along side a staff team who are hardworking and dedicated to providing the best education to the children. The Head Teacher has stated ‘We pride ourselves on our nurturing and supportive environment giving all children access to the curriculum, and I would like to appoint someone who can uphold this ethos.’

The school is well known in the area and would look excellent on your CV. The Head Teacher has expressed that she is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who has the ability to support the KS1 Curriculum and encourage positive learning.

The Practitioner must be dedicated and passionate, who has a nurturing personality and who will help the class make positive attainment. The School has a mixed catchment and the successful applicant must have fantastic behaviour management.

You will need to acquire;

* Experience in KS1
* Available for full time work
* Enthusiastic and passionate
* Level 2 qualified or above

* Core Subject Knowledge of Maths and English
* Good behaviour management skills
* Experience of delivering Phonics
