Maths Teacher - Teacher of Mathematics, Basingstoke January 2019 RG22

* Pay in line with teaching scale point (�22,467 - �38,250)
* Full time position from January 2019 , initially for one term with the potential of a permanent position from Easter 2019.

A small mixed comprehensive Secondary school have an open vacancy within their Maths department from January. The school wish to appoint a teacher of Maths on a full time basis for the autumn term initially, with the opportunity to gain a permanent post from Easter 2019.

Our client Secondary school, located in the heart of Basingstoke has consistently achieved grades above the national average in English and Mathematics, and due to recent refurbishments, the successful teacher of Maths will have access to state of the art facilities.

The Head of Faculty wishes to meet interested teachers at the earliest convenience. It is essential that the successful Maths Teacher can provide evidence of outstanding practice throughout previous employment.

The school can be accessed via Southampton, Winchester and Reading, and public transportation links from Basingstoke City Centre provide a direct route to the school. The M3 motorway also runs parallel with the school.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
