Technology Change Management – (Workday, SAP, Stakeholder Engagement)How many times have you been to a phone shop and experienced the usual shop floor sales rubbish about which one has the newest and fastest processor or highest definition graphics card, nodding along like the Churchill dog, all the while you just want to know which one lets you take great selfies. It happens a lot, doesn’t it? Once in a blue moon however, you get the helper who translates all that technical jargon into plain, simple English. Not all heroes wear capes. In this role you will be that unsung hero. The one who understands the struggles and problems for each individual and help them to get the most out of technology. It requires a patient, empathetic, and talented individual to do such a role due to the holistic business and IT skills you have to possess.This role will require you to engage with stakeholders in all level of the organisation to balance the needs of C-level individuals, while also taking into account the capabilities of the frontline users of the technology implemented. Analysis of the current workforce and what they can realistically achieve or not achieve is paramount, as this will dictate your recommendations going forward. You will conduct full end-to-end implementation, focusing on the people change as a result of technical introduction.
