Senior Culture Change Manager – (People Strategy, Management, Behavioural ChangeThe word ‘Culture’ often goes hand in hand with the word ‘Club’, striking up images of an androgynous lead singer discussing the comings and goings of a chameleon. However, this role has absolutely nothing to do with that. When you hear ‘culture’, you probably associate it with ‘change’ and that is why you are perfect for this role. Every organisation has its own unique culture which makes it distinct from its competitors and plays a huge role with regards to how the company functions on a day-to-day basis. Without these individual cultures and internal behaviours, the world would be an incredibly drab and boring place to live as these cultures help to spice up your life and drive business forward. Sometimes however, an organisation’s culture becomes outdated and needs renovating in order to stick with the times. That’s where you come in!In this role you will be managing the end-to-end culture change process of organisations, from the initial analysis of the as-is state of the firm, to the to-be vision for what the firm should become. You will have to engage stakeholders of all levels to keep them on board with the proposals you suggest and explain to them using your impeccable verbal and written communication skills, why the changes are necessary.
