Sous Chef - Fresh Sea Food Restaurant - Padstow Cornwall

Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their seafood restaurant in Padstow, Cornwall. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working with all fresh food in a busy volume kitchen. This an ideal role for an ambitious CDP or Sous looking for a new challenge.

The Role

* Working on the all Section's except Pastry
* Supporting the Head Chef and in each service and running in his absence.
* Managing and ordering your own section

Experience

* You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a busy volume restaurant or pub serving large numbers
* Experience with Fresh Food
* Positive attitude and enthusiastic
