Due to continued success and growth, Avant Homes are currently recruiting for a knowledgeable and experienced Talent Coordinator to join our Talent team, based at our head office in Barlborough.

What will the Talent Coordinator be responsible for?

As our Talent Coordinator, you will deliver an effective administration support service to our Talent team.

Duties will include:

- Day to day responsibility for all aspects of Talent coordination whilst also providing support to the Head of Talent, Trainers and Training Academy Manager
- Providing full support to the Talent team in terms of administration support
- Coordination and support of our training academies and development programmes
- Responsibility of keeping training records up to date whilst also reporting on key L&D KPI's
- Providing support to the team on key projects whilst also taking the lead on smaller individual projects
- Providing support and advice to the wider business in relation to training schedules and events
- Liaising with external agencies and suppliers

To be considered you must be:

To be successful as our Talent Coordinator, you will be able to demonstrate your experience within a fast-paced office environment whilst also maintaining a keen desire to work in a quality driven business. You will also possess:

- A 'Can Do' attitude and smart appearance is vital.
- Flexible attitude in relation to business needs - travel maybe required on occasion
- Self-sufficiency, with administration experience and the ability to coordinate project admin tasks for our new training delivery programs.
- Ability to communicate at all levels with strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload with excellent attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively
