Do you have experience dealing with challenging behaviour?

We are currently seeking youth workers to fill vacancies in Southampton for the new academic term starting in September 2018. The position will require successful applicants to work with children and young adults with a variety of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs at the primary and secondary level.

Previous experience is preferred, but is not necessary; as this position will require the management of individuals with challenging behaviour. Hours traditionally operate between 8.30am and 3.30pm, earning between �54.00 and �65.00 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
