The Blue Bell is situated on Fulwell Road in Sunderland a very busy shopping area. It is a one floor operation. With a 60 capacity function room on the first floor. The successful candidate has to demonstrate a passion for consistently delivering fantastic customer experiences and amazing standards. Having a proven sales building record is also an advantage along with being able to develop and lead a strong efficient and likeable team. Proven use of social media to develop and promote sales would also be an advantage. Being target driven is also essential, delivering the P&L key ratios is of paramount importance.

The Blue Bell has two separate bars, one small bar services the games room with pool tables darts throw and big screen.

The Main lounge, has again a big screen and great sports viewing. It also offers on Sundays a carvery lunch which is popular with the local clientele. The Blue Bell has successful quiz nights, and live entertainment occasionally.

It has pool and darts teams. This is very much a heart of the community local pub. There is also the first floor function room which drives additional sales through parties funerals etc. The site benefits from a large car park and external beer terrace
