The club is a founding member of the RFU and boasts more presidents than any other club as well as a healthy dose of international players.

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to work within our fast paced and ever changing business.  As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our  Head Chef to provide quality food. Our match day events are varied we are looking for a passionate individual to demonstrate strong attention to detail and able to manage a team of casual staff.

This role requires strong management and planning skills, with the requirement for excellent communication skills. You will therefore, be adaptable as well as passionate and hard working.
Package description
Up to £32,000 based on experience
Monday to Friday with match days during Rugby season
Exciting role with clear progression and development

Main responsibilities
Assisting the Head Chef in the running of the site on a day to day basis.
Overseeing hospitality service on match days ensuring quality standards are up kept.
Creating production lists for match days to ensure that food is produced to the specifications created pre-season.
Assisting the Junior Sous Chef with running production and dispatch of food.
Ordering food for match-days and non-match days.
Assisting the Junior Sous Chef to ensure health and safety standards are kept up to Compass standards.
Assisting Head Chef and Junior Sous Chef with menu writing

Ideal candidate
Strong knowledge of food and cooking techniques
Food ordering
Running areas with regards to cooking, back and front of house set up (restaurants or hotels included)
Strong leader
Knowledge of health and safety practices
Menu writing
Experience in fine dining (rosette or Michelin)
