THE COMPANY: As part of the Energy Assets Group, Dragon Infrastructure Solutions is one of the UK’s leading independent connections providers.  We work with all leading construction companies and require an experienced Stores Person to take charge of managing the company’s stock to support our front-line Operations Team installing and connecting new gas and electricity supplies for residential, commercial and industrial sites. They are now looking for a Stores / Warehouse Manager to join them.

THE ROLE:The Stores / Warehouse Manager role based in Northampton is a varied position and the main duties include keeping the stock control systems up to date, maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment along with producing regular reports, liaising with customers and suppliers.

The Stores / Warehouse Manager will be required to plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods, operate space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, support continuous improvements within the warehouse environment ensuring best practise is enforced and used focusing on efficiency throughout.

.Key experience essential for the Stores / Warehouse Manager in Northampton -

- Ability to maintain a proactive approach to risk management and adherence to site health & safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Physically Fit and in good health
- Hold a Forklift licence and full driving license
- Experience of working in a stores/warehouse environment
- Experience of stock control systems
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
