This time the search is for a Training Manager to join our client, a renowned conglomerate in the Pacific region.

The Role
The role and responsibilities are, but not limited, to the following:
• Design and implementation of training plans for improvements to customer service
• Establish processes and tools to monitor performance improvement
• Review existing training procedures produced by third parties to assess appropriateness and relevance
• Monitor training programs and manuals, updating where necessary
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Identify current training needs by means of appraisals and job analysis and carry out consultations with line managers
• Manage the customer service team on day-to-day projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time and department goals are met
• Organise and provide opportunities for professional development to achieve improved performance

Applicant Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service management
• A Training of Trainer (TOT) qualification will be advantageous
• Be an "Able Trainer" and developer of people
• Have strong organisational and management skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
