Are you wishing to pursue a career in Maths teaching in the future? Do you have the confidence to lead lessons and support pupils during classes?

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a large Secondary school in Scunthorpe. The school are currently recruiting for a team of Maths Graduates to join their Maths department, on both full time and part time basis.

The position:

* Full time and Part time Maths Graduates required
* Supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis in the Maths department
* Covering Maths lessons with pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
* Working directly alongside the Maths teachers to develop activities
* Gain invaluable experience prior to starting PGCE

The school wish to appoint Maths Graduates with immediate effect in order to implement support in the Maths department prior to the examination period. All Maths Graduate positions will initially be offered on a temporary basis for one term, with the opportunity to gain a fixed term contract following this.

With 1,000 pupils on roll, the school is significantly larger than average and due to this they are always looking for extra support on both a full and part time basis.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
