Support Staff urgently required at a Secondary School at a school in Ipswich, Suffolk

The ideal Support Staff will be available from September, on either a full-time and part-time basis, with extensive 1:1 and intervention experience in Secondary School setting

The school in Ipswich, Suffolk, have a strong SENCO Department that consistently overcome barriers to learning to ensure all students are making progress. They are actively looking a strong candidate with the same ethos that can add to an already successful and passionate team.

* The ideal candidate should have initiative and the ability to encourage students to be focused and engaged in their learning.
* Experience of supporting students with Special Education Needs, including those who display behavioural difficulties
* Passionate individual, who genuinely cares about pupils wellbeing and aspires to want to make a difference

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE E.n.g.l.i.s.h & M.a.t.h.s (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
