Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary for our client, based in Cannock.

Contract: Temporary to Permanent (for the suitable candidate)

Pay Rate: Salary is negotiable, depending on experience

Hours of work: 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities include:

* Digital dictation
* Audio and copy typing
* Filing
* Production and distribution of notes and letters
* Arranging meetings
* Managing the diary
* Liaising with clients by telephone and personally
* Providing administrative management support
* Supporting in the management of client expectations
* Management of the working day commitments and production and delivery of legal services

Ideal candidate:

* Previous legal secretary experience
* Strong secretarial skills
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines
* Willingness to work well as part of a friendly team
* Excellent telephone manner
