This is an excellent opportunity to join a small IT team supporting both a user community of c. 450 and EPOS systems across the UK & Europe.

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who have a passion for IT and a desire to give the best support possible to the user base.

You must be able to troubleshoot remotely across a network efficiently and be an excellent communicator as you will be expected to support all levels of the business including senior management.

You will be required to provide 3rd Line support (occasional 2nd Line)

Required Experience:

My client is currently recruiting for a 3rd Line Support Analyst to work in their central London offices (West End, near Tottenham Court Road)

• VLAN Management
• Cisco Switch Administration
• ADSL Troubleshooting
• Cisco Call Manager Administration
• VOIP Phones

• Windows Server 2003, 2008 R2, 2012
• Group Policy Administration
• AD Management
• WSUS Management
• WDS (Windows Deployment Services)
• Server Administration
• VMware Basic Management

• Microsoft Office 2010 and Office 365
• Internet Explorer, Chrome,
• Ultra VNC Remote Support Tool
• Trend Anti Virus
