Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Business Development Consultant to work at our highly successful Telford office based on Halesfield Business Park.

We operate specialist divisions working in the Industrial, Commercial, Engineering, Construction, Senior Appointment & Onsite Managed Service market sectors working with businesses of all sizes from new start-ups and SMEs' through to large volume users.

Ideal candidates will ideally be looking for an apprenticeship in Recruitment, Business, Customer Services or Management skills.

Realistic progression offered, starting at the ground level Administrator role with the possibility to develop into a highly successful Senior/Principal Consultant. Progression based on candidates drive and performance.

Pay increases are earned through performance based progression.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

* IT literate
* Well presented, confident and resilient
* Hard working, ambitious and determined
* Self-driven with an excellent attention to detail
* Proactive approach to sales and marketing strategies
* Have aspiration and good communication skills
* Highly self motivated and consistently efficient
* Punctual - good general time-keeping
* Hard worker with a "can-do" attitude
* Methodical, highly organised and focused - but also flexible enough to deal with change
* Excellent knowledge of Shropshire businesses and connections to relevant points of contact
* This role is ideal for a candidate experienced in growing and developing sales desks

Duties include:

* Business development to new and existing clients
* Generating new leads
* Telephone and face to face communication
* Building good rapports with clients and maintaining them
* Marketing out to new and existing businesses
* Gaining accurate information and updating the database
* Problem solving
* Site/Client visits

Own transport is essential due to site visits/branch locations.

Salary is Negotiable.
