Commercial Recruitment Consultant Wanted!

Wizard Staff Solutions are a successful Recruitment Agency with an excellent reputation and exciting future.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to help launch our business into the commercial sector and build a prosperous career within our company.

The right candidate would have the autonomy to build their own commercial desk from scratch and make their mark within the Commercial Recruitment world based at our Head Office in Harpenden.

You will be entering a sales based and target driven role, whereby passion and desire to succeed is a must.

Duties to include:

* Introducing Wizard to the Commercial Recruitment Industry based on market knowledge
* Researching and identifying new business
* Attending client visits in person
* Account manager both existing and prospective new clients
* Upload vacancies to external/internal job boards
* Update and maintain prospective client pipeline
* Source leads from your candidate base, advertisements and company websites
* Market out/spec your candidate base to achieve your interview target
* Qualifying suitable candidates for your clients to gain interviews for your candidate base
* Construct CV’s for your candidates to entice your clients and secure interviews
* Creation of mail shots and emails to your prospect clients to increase your market share
* Headhunting suitable candidates for your client base using a range of methods including social media
* Interview coaching for your candidates to enhance success rate at interview and present professional image to your clients
* Support Career Fairs, Networking Events
* Exceed weekly sales targets
* Exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets
* Contributing to overall market growth by delivering a quality service to all clients and employees and representing Wizard’s professionalism and unique service to the highest degree possible

The right candidate will have:

* Previous experience within the commercial industry would be highly desirable
* Sales experience or relevant abilities
* Be well-presented and professional
* Have an entrepreneurial flair
* Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Have a good telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
* Have good knowledge and experience with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
* Have an excellent level of attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills
* You will be highly motivated and incentivised by targets, rewards and commission
