Executive Assistant – Central London- Up to �39,500 Annual Salary – 18 Months Contract

Advantage Resourcing are currently working with a leading global IT & Gaming organisation that are looking to recruit a PA to join the business for an 18 Month contract in their new office in London.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of EMEA Director’s time through complex calendar management, managing full logistics for all internal and external meetings & ensuring all briefing papers and supporting information are supplied to the Director in a timely manner.

* Provides first class support which enables the Director to work as efficiently and effectively as possible.
* Support EMEA Modern Workplace Sales Leader day to day basis as the executive assistant and focus on selected areas in the Team management, engagement and business operations
* Activities will include:

* Ongoing calendar/time management/prioritisation according to strategic/business priorities
* International travel planning and organisation according to customer and event schedules,
* Expenses management / approvals,
* Action point tracking and follow up of various business initiatives and meetings
* Organisation of team meetings and events,
* Owning selected communications areas and team engagement
* The role can expand more towards business manager style actions

* Couple of times a year, there is an opportunity also to lead the EMEA level meetings with the team and key stakeholders which might require travel with the Sales Leader.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

* A degree-qualified (or equivalent) candidate in business studies, administration or communications would be advantageous but is not essential.
* Has operated as an EA within a blue-chip environment at senior Executive level
* High attention to detail & proactive problem-solving skills
* Exceptional planning, organisational & multi-tasking skills
* Advanced Outlook skills and MS Office skills
* Ability to deal with numerous competing demands and therefore able to prioritise effectively
* Proficiency in managing complex global travel arrangements
* Experience working across time zones in an International team
* Excellent interpersonal skills; diplomacy and ability to handle conflict and ambiguity well
* Highest level communication skills both written and verbal
