Teaching Personnel are currently working with Primary Schools in the Crawley area who are looking for additional support with EYFS in the autumn term. There are full-time and part-time Teaching Assistant vacancies due to start in September and October. We offer Day to Day Supply work as well as short and long term roles.

The schools we work with promote professional development and provide staff with opportunities to develop their practice and widen their experiences by providing staff the necessary freedom. They believe an outstanding educations leads to a lifetime of opportunity and aim for their pupils to become confident and respectful members of the community.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, have the ability to lead, inspire and develop a thirst for learning. Some experience with behaviour management or a background in Psychology is preferable.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE E.n.g.l.i.s.h & M.a.t.h.s (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
