We currently have an exciting opportunity for motivated, customer focused individual to work with our high profile contract in Kings College Hospital. You will be a first point of contact for our Client.
Main responsibilities
First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests received by telephone and e-mail
Contact Service Providers allocate tasks to nominated officer within the FM, giving clear, concise and timely information
Interpret and log requests, inputting details into an in-house system, providing tracking and regular updates to the status of the request through to work complete status in line with Service Level Agreement )
Sort and dispatch calls to relevant departments
Prioritise urgent jobs
Escalate any complaints as required and support continuous improvement
Ad hoc administration duties

Ideal candidate
Computer literate
Good telephone mannerism
Great communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible to work 5 out of 7 days including weekends, to be available at short notice
