Hours - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

The Role

Yourcentre work in a close business relationship with a variety of clients. Within your role as a B2B Sales Executive you will be contacting a wide variety of prospects to market our client's products and service's. For many of our clients you will be the first contact when speaking to these prospects, this means we have our client's brand and ethos at the forefront of everything we do.

B2B Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

* Making outbound calls to prospective business clients at director level
* Mapping out the client's needs and responding accordingly
* Maintaining and developing relationships with prospective clients to maximise sales
* Generating and sourcing leads whilst maintaining your own pipeline
* Keeping up to date with the current market intelligence to ensure beneficial conversations with clients
* Managing the client's prospect and customer data through a multi-level CRM system.

The Ideal B2B Sales Executive candidate:

Experience in a targeted B2B Sales role including lead generation

* Strong communication skills and the ability to converse with director level contacts to fully understand their needs and aid in the improvement of their efficiencies.
* Excellent over the phone sales technique to strategically map out client needs and respond accordingly
* Proven talents in objection handling to ultimately close a deal
* Confidence in sales pitching and motivation to succeed
* Strong PC skills and a keen understanding of technology and utilities
* A great team player willing to support colleagues and achieve team objectives.

Training Provided

Your Centre Ltd provides a 5-day comprehensive induction training including an overview of the company, product and sales training.

The B2B Sales Executive package:

Based on 37.5 hours a week we offer a starting salary of £18,000 per annum and bonus of £3,000. We also provide employees benefit from a monthly performance related bonus, up to 28 days holiday pro rata, childcare and eye care vouchers, company pension scheme and full training and ongoing career development and regular incentives.
