At the IT Support Engineer, you will be the sole Infrastructure Engineer onsite, but will work closely with the development team who also provide support to the business.

If you don’t have experience with all the technologies, that’s not an issue – this company wants to hire someone who has a good all-round technical knowledge, and the right attitude to learning new skills. If there’s any system you don’t know, full training will be provided.

As the IT Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the laptop / hardware infrastructure estate
- Administrating the Avaya phone system
- Server administration (including capacity planning)
- Network administration (patching / DNS / DHCP)
- Daily support on their internal ticketing system, escalating to the development team where necessary
- AD administration on Azure
- SQL basic admin and DevOps support

Not only will you be supporting the business daily, but you will have the opportunity to take part in (and when appropriate, lead) different projects such as office upgrades, server room refresh and implementation of new technologies.

You will have good technical knowledge across a range of technologies, including a mixture of the following:

- Active Directory
- Windows Server (up to 2016)
- Googlemail / Team drive
- Telephony systems (such as Avaya, Mitel, etc.)
- Networking
- DevOps
- SQL Server

On offer is a salary of between �24,000 to �30,000 depending on level, plus an excellent benefits package including free refreshments / breakfast, games room (pool table and table tennis included!), flexible working hours, training budget / access to Pluralsight and regular company-wide and team social events.
