Science vacancies in Northampton

Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a school in Northampton who are seeking a teacher of science to join them in the new academic year. The school is an all through school; however the role will involve teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils. A challenging and diverse curriculum is provided to ensure that the school achieve academic success and fulfil their ambitious expectations. The school is extremely popular in the local area and aim to extend and nurture the individual talents of all students. The school boasts high attainment results across key stages, especially key stage 4. In 2016, 79% of students obtained A*-C including English and maths, with 24% of students obtaining 5+ A/A* making them one of the top 4 schools in Northamptonshire. The school are seeking a confident and engaging teacher of science who can inspire pupils and motivate them to achieve their full potential. The rate for this role will fall between �130 - �160 per day.

The ideal candidate will also:

* Have excellent classroom presence and behaviour management skills
* Passionate about Science and helping young people succeed
* Confident in teaching Science up to KS4 with knowledge of the current curriculum
* Able to plan and deliver diverse lessons which cater to varying ability levels

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
