Main responsibilitiesAs our Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration functions for the contract, working closely with the procurement and supply chain team. Your key accountabilities will include:

Providing administration support for the Supply Chain, Procurement Teams  & Contract Manager
Manage the nominated lines held at the distributor to ensure they are holding and ordering the correct level of stock for the client’s requirements
Manage new and delisted product SKU’s within Distributor in conjunction with the Supply Chain team
Ensuring distributor has the necessary product and volumes information to manage changes in demand
Reporting on PO Tracker Spend – Receipted stock value reports by SKU, by Category for Contract Meeting
Preparing the Pre Allocation Shortage Report
Preparing the weekly Supplier Spend for Compass Finance Team
Weekly Distributor Invoice pricing reconciliation
Responsible for the upkeep of the manual, adding, deleting products
Working in conjunction with Procurement and Supply Chain Teams to amend pricing via PCN’s
Compile weekly commentary regarding changes to manual for client
Dissecting the OTIF report to provide meaningful data to the Supply Chain team so they can manage supplier performance
Actively communicate and contribute to the wider team ensuring all stakeholders are aware and informed at all times
Engage and work with key stakeholders within Compass, VT and DHL
Working within the safety guidelines at all times

Ideal candidateTo be right for us and for us to be right for you, you will have skills, experience and knowledge in the following areas:

Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, customer services department, ideally in procurement or supply chain environment though this is not essential
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with excellent numerical skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable approach
Computer literate with strong Excel skills
Ability to work cross functionally
