There are not many Service Desk Analyst roles where you have the opportunity to answer yes to all of the above questions.

But in this case, you can.

This leading IT Consultancy, based in Slough, is looking for an ambitious Service Desk Analyst to join their team providing both 1st and 2nd Line IT support to their internal systems and external clients, across a range of verticals.

You will be working on the Service Desk, responding to incoming emails / calls, fixing where possible and escalating to the support team where necessary. Not only this, but you will also be providing administrative duties.

Daily support will include supporting customer queries on Office 365, SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM, Outlook 2013, SQL Server and Active Directory administration. You will also be involved in managing external providers and Incident Management.

As the Service Desk Analyst, you will have knowledge supporting the following technologies:
- Office 365
- Windows Operating Systems (7, 10)
- Networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Server support, including Active Directory (Group Policies & Security Administration)
- SharePoint

It’s not expected that you’ll be an expert in all technologies, but you will have a broad knowledge across most of these areas. You will also come from a support background in a similar role, such as IT Support Engineer, 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer, Helpdesk Analyst, Support Analyst, etc.

The salary on offer is between �25k - �30k depending on level, plus an excellent benefits package including 25 days’ holiday, free parking and a training budget.
