Due to our unrivalled growth, we are now looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join our head office team. On offer is:

The Role

The Operations Administrator will support the group of business directors, reporting into the Managing Director. You will support with a wide range of administration tasks, including administering board material. You will ensure that the back-office duties and processes carry on with efficiency and working alongside the directors to assist with their diary management. Key accountabilities include:

- Managing diaries and booking travel and accommodation when requested
- Create a monthly board pack from information fed to you, to be used during board meetings
- Manage the complex administration tasks liaising and feeding into the CQC
- Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure all third part communication is in line with requirements
- Sit in board and senior meetings, taking minutes and noting actions
- Handle and screen calls for the senior team
- Generate and maintain reports and databases, including sensitive information
- Support in the planning of company events

The Ideal Operations Administrator:

The successful Operations Administrator will be commercially aware and ideally, will have some experience within a care-based business. You will also have strong communication and team work skills with the ability to manage and complete a multitude of tasks efficiently. Key skills include:

- Previous experience as a Senior Business Administrator
- Good level of IT literacy including Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to understand and follow instructions & policies
- Able to use initiative and can work to process
- Experienced in diary management for multiple individuals
- Good written / verbal communication skills to all business levels
