We are actively seeking a Group Marketing and Social Media Executive. In this exciting role, you will develop and implement the social media strategy for Exclusive Hotels and Venues to ensure customer loyalty and market share across all areas of the business. You will also have a key role to play in the Marcomms plan aiming to achieve a more consistent brand experience with an end result of increased sales.

Main responsibilitiesLots to do but lots of fun

Our successful Group Marketing and Social Media Executive will be responsible for;


Create and manage the group Social Media strategy
Manage brand campaigns including video production
Manage all Marcomms projects e.g. seasonal campaigns, gift voucher campaigns, drip feed campaigns, welcome campaign, birthday emails, pre and post departure emails
Work with the external Creative,  Brand and PR agencies to maximise opportunities
Works in conjunction with the on-property teams,  in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for their property and creating relevant marketing campaigns to support the business needs
Manage and implement marketing plans for all day-to-day marketing activity
Identify trends and optimise spend and performance

Ideal candidateAre you right for us?

Our ideal candidate would have;


A strong knowledge of upscale, deluxe hotels is beneficial
Knowledge of operations and associated challenges for all brands
Ability to influence others
Ability to develop and maintain relationships e.g. colleagues, associates, customers, guests, bloggers
Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Strong organisational and time management skills
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants
Knowledge of blogging relevant to the company’s field
Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
Have a good knowledge of the principles of SEO and PPC
Excellent level of written English essential – A’ Level or Equivalent
Hospitality Management/ Marketing Degree beneficial
