The Role

Teaching Personnel are urgently seeking Sport graduates for roles beginning in September. Teaching Personnel will always try wherever possible to work with you to ensure a working schedule that fits around your life. For that reason we are open to applicants searching for full-time or part-time.

Teaching Personnel have been working with an alternative provision in Hull and are currently looking to hire TAs to assist in schools from September going forward into the new academic year. If you have a 2:1 in sports science, or another sport related subject I would like to have a conversation about the opportunities Teaching Personnel can offer you. While working within the alternative provision you will be working with children who deal with SEMH and MLD so a willingness to employ effective behaviour management is essential along with a can-do spirit.

About you as the ideal candidate

- Ideally, you will have previous experience working with SEN children, either in a SEN school specifically or alternatively a coaching setting.

- Alternatively, you might have experience of SEN children outside of a professional sphere and this training would certainly be of interest when applying.

- You will have a 2:1 in a sports related subject and preferably be a Level 3 teaching assistant.

- You will have Team Training or would be willing to undertake.
