The Role

My client has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated lettings negotiator and valuer to join their team.
They are looking for someone with proven success and experience, within property, a targeted environment and the lettings sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual who has proven success within the industry, for an individual who would like to continue and further their career with a market leading and customer focused company.
The company are pro-active, customer focused, and personal approach requires an active and engaged individual to help continue the progress of an already successful branch with an impressive track record.
The successful candidate will be driven in this enjoyable while challenging post, requiring maturity and confidence to support the team and an individual performance.

The Individual,

The negotiators and valuers, from the very outset along with managers and property management team, are the face of the company, assisting in developing and growing each office within the department. As a result, we require;
A minimum of one years lettings experience
Experience of market appraisals/valuations
A proven track record in generating new business
Excellent communication skills
The ability to provide first class customer service
A dynamic individual and motivational team player
And full driving license
The ideal candidate will possess:
A strong customer focus
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A professional, positive, and enthusiastic approach
Meeting and exceed targets
Self-motivation
Great accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work as an individual as well as within a team
Intermediate or higher MS Word, Excel, P/C and general IT skills
