Office Manager - Site PA

Are you looking to join a growing and dynamic international company? Our client is currently seeking a hand’s on Site PA/Office Manager who will work alongside the Plant Manager and other members of the senior leadership team, undertaking a wide variety of business administrative duties.

This role is a pivotal within the organisation which will involve providing first class customer service to our internal leadership teams. You will always be striving to improve current processes whilst maintaining a fun atmosphere for all team members. As a member of the team you will have excellent customer service skills matched with a practical and organised approach with everything you do.
Your day to day duties will be varied, such is the evolving nature of the business. Core duties will include:
�PA support for the Plant Manager and Leadership team
�Attendance and minute taking at all leadership meetings
�Support, design and deliver required presentations
�Assisting the Plant manager and other senior managers in business travel arrangements in conjunction with EU policies and guidelines.
�Support accommodation and relevant arrangements for site visitors
�Management and maintenance of office supplies
�Management of the Plant cleaning contract
�Management of the Plant Vending Contracts/Suppliers
�Management of stationary and office supplies
�Assisting HR with new hire contracts and general administration as required
�Reconciling company credit card use
�Managing Company's car use and maintenance
�Supporting Catering requirements on site as required
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be a highly organised individual, proficient with Excel and Word and should have experience working to deadlines within a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to think outside the box and to work on initiative without close supervision.

This candidate will have excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively and confidently communicate at all levels with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.

Periodically there will be a requirement to provide support out of hours due to shift operations.

Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
