As an Instructor you will work in partnership with the schools you have been allocated to, and your aim is for you to become an indispensable part of the school's staffing structure.
You will be working in schools from 8am until 4.30pm, on a programme which has been specifically designed by the Company for the school.
You will be involved in running breakfast and after school clubs, and you will take sessions throughout the school day, working with all children in the schools.
The Company works with young people who are disengaged and those who are at risk of exclusion; in both Primary and Secondary education, however they also work with middle tier pupils and those pupils that excel. This ensures their programmes do not have the effect of rewarding negative behaviour.
Full training is given, during which you will be paid, to be conducted from our client's central office, which is based in Greater Manchester. Consisting of a 4-week programme which will be classroom and session-based working in schools and our clients training centre.
