I am looking to meet with SEN Teaching Assistants for a specialist school in Ashford that caters for secondary aged students predominantly with moderate learning difficulties and autism.

About the role:

* SEN Teaching Assitant
* Assisting the teacher with the running of the class
* Assisting the children with their educational growth
* Flexible working options available (part time & full time)
* Work alongside a supportive SEN department and senior leadership team.
* Competitive rates of �56 - �70 per day (dependent on experience)

About you:

* Experience working with children or adults with Special Educational Needs would be ideal but not necessary.
* You will be confident, determined, resilient, approachable, positive and motivated.
* You will be calm, caring and conscientious.
* Commitment, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills is essential.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE E.n.g.l.i.s.h & M.a.t.h.s (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
