Culture Change Senior Manager – (Behavioural Change, Organisation Psychology, Stakeholder Engagement, Advisory)Cultures are always changing in all walks of life. A hundred years ago the thought of two men walking down the street holding hands would’ve been berated and more out of place than a lion at a vegan convention. But now the thought of people being discriminated by their sexuality, gender, race or anything else vexes most people to their core. This demonstrates how you can never settle for the status quo. You must always be pushing boundaries and striving to create the most accepting and prosperous culture that can possibly be fathomed. This role epitomises this philosophy. You will be changing organisation’s cultures to make them not just the most accepting places to work but crucially the most productive, and efficient places as well. You will be leading projects through the full end-to-end behavioural and cultural change programme from start to finish. This will require information gathering, analysis, planning and implementation. You will have to be an excellent leader with outstanding communication skills in order to succeed in this role as you will be dealing with budgets well in excess of six-figures. It is not enough to simply have an interest in culture change, you must be a passionate activist in this area with clear, demonstrable experience in a world leading organisation in this sector. If this seems like a role that would interest you then read on to the criteria required.Requirements:7+ years working on people, culture, or behavioural change projects in a consulting roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving abilitiesProven experience managing teamsNaturally curious and creative dispositionDegree in psychology or business psychology related subjects is not essential but very desirableFor further information or to register your interest, please call Ed Wilson 020 7780 6700 or send across you CV to Ed.Wilson@ansonmccade.comType:               PermanentLocation:        LondonSalary:             £75,000-£85,000 + Excellent benefits packageContact:          Ed WilsonTelephone:     020 7780 6700Email:              Ed.Wilson@ansonmccade.comReference:      *AMC*EWI/ISA81962
