Sales Account Executive 12mFTC (Mat Cover) £ 20000 - £25000 + (£12k OTE but uncapped) Leeds | Ref: 919205 A market-leader in the Software industry, based in Leeds City Centre is actively seeking a drive and energetic Sales professional to focus on B2B relationships and account management. This role will involve managing relationships with Professional Service clients and would utilise your negotiation skills. Although this is initially a 12month fixed term contract there could be opportunity for the role to become permanent. The role will be influential within the organisation and work with a client base of retained contracts. On a daily basis, you will be working within busy Sales environment, where your negotiation skills and relationship management skills will be tested. Some of your duties will include: Negotiating and selling contracts with existing customers, making sure to consistently identify areas for up-selling and cross-selling in order to exceed targets and promote current products Spotting issues with key accounts through the analysis of documented information Monitoring customer experience to ensure it is in line with company targets and standards Managing sales leads in line with KPIs and implementing marketing programmes to promote services and drive sales; making sure to update CRM with sales pipeline Recording customer feedback on current business and work to meet pending customer requirements Maximising opportunities and meeting marketing needs by liaising with internal teams and departments Your role as Sales Account Executive is target-driven and challenging. To succeed in this role you must demonstrate the following: Experience of generating and retaining new customers in a telesales environment The ability to identify sales opportunities, supported by your background in customer services and sales support Be an excellent communicator, with a charismatic and ferocious approach to obtaining results Be business savvy when working independently or collaboratively within a team Have impeccable time management skills, ensuring you are consistently organised in everything you do Outstanding experience working within a B2B environment If you have a flair for driving sales, and a passion for seeing results and implementing profitable ideas, then please contact us immediately to be considered for this Account Executive role.
